* Those who cannot enter into Korea because of visa situation, or those who apply to Special Admissions from abroad can be selected first by document screening, and document for student visa will be issued. Later, there will be an interview for final admission.

Necessary Qualifications for Application
1. General Admission

1)Those who have earned a 4-year degree from a domestic(in Korea) or international (foreign) university
(or graduate school), or who will receive such a degree by February 2010.
2) Those who have an academic background equivalent to 1) above.

2. Special Admissions

 Special Admissions: Those who have an academic background equivalent to 1) or 2) of General
Admissions, and who are currently residents overseas


Submission of Documents for Application (Via Internet)

1. Required Documents

 1) Applicants for General Admissions
- Completed application form
- 1 letter of recommendation from church leader
- 1 copy of the undergraduate(or graduate) transcript
- 1 copy of the official graduation certificate (or certificate/letter of expected graduation
- 3 photos(3 × 4cm, an upper part of the body without a cap/hat)

2) Applicants for Special Admissions
- Completed application form
- 1 letter of recommendation from church leader
- 1 copy of the undergraduate(or graduate) transcript
- 1 copy of the official graduation certificate(or certificate/letter of expected graduation)
- 1 copy of the certificate of overseas residence(foreign nationals, Korean residents overseas)
- 1 copy of the applicant's passport(Applicants need to show the original passport after coming to
the school )
- 1 copy of the Certificate of Alien Registration(for non-Korean who live in Korea)
- 3 photos(3 × 4 cm, an upper part of the body without a cap/hat)

3) A letter of recommendation should be mailed or faxed directly to the school by a church leader after
he/she signs on it.

2. Application Fee : 70,000 won

3. Application through the Internet

 2) Method for Application : Applicants can enter into the official website of the school
( http://www.cheongshim.ac.kr ), and follow the instructions.

* N.B.
- For completion of the application, total amount of the application fee should be paid by the last
day of the application period (2010.07.14 16:30)
- It is impossible to revise the submitted application form.
- If those who submitted their application form have other necessary documents yet to submit, he/she must submit them to the Office of Academic Affairs by 2010.07.14 17:00.

Issue of Examination Admission Tickets

1. Date and Location : On the day of application, office of Academic Affairs(Those who apply through
the Internet can receive the ticket on the day of examination on 2010.07.15

2. Method : Receive an admission ticket to the exam and its instruction after showing the proof of your
applying.

3. N.B. : After receiving the ticket, applicants need to confirm the place of examination and follow the instruction given there.


Notification of Successful Candidates

1. Date : 2010.07.30(Fri)

3. Issuance of Examination Certificate: Office of Academic Affairs


Notice

1. The submitted documents cannot be changed, or returned, including application through the Internet.

2. When required documents for application are mailed, all the documents and the application fee should
come to the school by the last day of application period (2010.07.14 17:00)

3. Applicants have to be responsible for the delay caused by a mailing accident.

4. All submitted documents and application fee are not returned.

5. On the day of exam, applicants need to follow the exam instruction. Applicants should not write anything
about applicants' identification on the answer sheet. Applicants need to follow instructions of a supervisor.

6. Results of the exam will not be opened to the public.

7. Those who have passed the exam need to receive the certificate of passing the exam and documents
for registration on a certain date, and finish registration during a period for registration.

8. An applicant who is deemed to interfere with a normal process of education might not be selected even
though the number of applicants is below the maximum number permitted for admission.

9. In case that an applicant passed the exam or entered the school fraudulently, the admission will be cancelled.
